Step 1

Now you are seeing the Nitro Pro 10 user interface.

Go to menu bar and click on “File Menu”. From opening dialogue box, click on “Computer” and from the appearing menu, click on “browse” button. Then select your PDF file from the hard disk. Click on “Open” to open the pdf file into this pdf software.

File Menu -> Open -> Computer -> Browse -> from dialogue box “click on open”

Step 3

Go to “Convert Ribbon menu” and click on the “To Word” option. This option helps to convert PDF to Microsoft word format file. Using this tool, you can convert pdf to word in faster and fully controlled manner. You have complete control over the PDF conversion process such as select particular pages for conversion, convert multiple pdf file at a time, control the accuracy of conversion etc.

Select “To Word” option from the convert ribbon menu tab.

Step 3

Then you can see “convert PDF to Word” dialogue box. From this, you can see the previously opened pdf file in files for conversion section.

Click on “Add files” to more add pdf files for converting into Microsoft word format. You can also remove the selected pdf by clicking on “Remove” button.

Using this you can select the specific pages in PDF document to convert in to Word. Click on “Choose pages” and from the dialogue box; you can select each pages of pdf file by seeing the page preview.

Click on “options” to control the precision of pdf conversion to word file. Here you can also select word file format either word 2007 (.docx) or word 2003 (.doc).

Also you can set the direction for getting the output file in by selecting the specific folder, folder of original file or ask during the process. After that, click on “Convert” button. The conversion is very fast and you can see the converted Microsoft word document. This is way you can convert pdf to word or doc format.
